@mmasnick Thank you for this. With respect to the comment about whether there are any lawyers left to put together the documents necessary to comply … the significant hurdle here is actually engineering compliant products (and I have my doubts wrt to the current Twitter). Documenting compliance rests on the premise that there is a robust development process and a well engineered product that can be documented.
