Universal Masking in School Works. New Data Shows How Well

A new report from Boston schools shows that universal masking for kids reduces the spread of COVID-19 and keeps kids in school

@irenetosetti this is bang on! Sick kids at home aren’t learning. I think its the parents and not the kids that don’t like masks #MasksWork #KidsGetCOVIDToo
@irenetosetti and they are out sick quite a bit, if my school is anything to go by. And we have about 25% masking still, our ventilation was upgraded, we have masks to give to kids, plus we test. I have 2 district provided hepa filters in my room, and I'm about to bring in my CR boxes. Yet, I've had many kids out sick with repeat infections in the last few weeks since school started. Kids told me they have had 2- 3 bouts of Covid so far. It's insanity.
