do oncologists exist that don't just follow decision trees? oh never mind
after visiting a fourth clinic for oncology in the Seattle area, I don't believe so. Cancer treatment appears to be wholly reactive; no non-invasive diagnostic test has identified either cancer so far. CA-125 appears to be a dud, but what the hell, let's keep testing it. Imaging seems like the best way, but separating "normal cyst growth" from a cancerous one appears to be extremely difficult to differentiate.
