@capybara yeah, is the bass ukulele fun to play? Is it loud enough to play with an acoustic guitar?
@flocko yes and not quite. It really needs an amp. I use a Micromark for acoustic jam sessions. I think it would work in a tiny practice room with just a very quiet acoustic guitar, maybe, but definitely far too quiet for anything else without an amp.
But it’s colossal, huge, epic fun to play plugged in. Mine is the lined and honestly through a proper amp it sounds a lot like a double bass. People are open mouthed when they work out what’s making the awesome bass tone!
@capybara this sounds awesome. I dig the double bass sound. :) i thik i give the bass ukulele a try. But i wanna buy an e-double bass, a fretless and maybe a new jazz bass 😅 i think i need to set my priorities 😄
