@troubledjoe all bowlers need much more credit, as do fielders. I have at times given kids points for fielding as well as for scoring runs. Really focusses their minds!
I find explaining pairs cricket where they lose runs for wickets to 8 year olds is confusing enough without adding another layer !
@troubledjoe still pretty new to it and haven’t got a playing team yet - dreading having to explain that!!
