Mastodawn

I learned that there was not a minimal Eleventy + Lit template out there so I made this:

- Eleventy
- Lit
- SSR
- @11ty/is-land (patched)
- fast build using esbuild + wireit

It's not 100% refined but focused on explanation and simplicity
