Does anybody else absolutely hate signing into websites/apps? Like Mastodon just signed me out and I was like, you know what? it’s not worth it and closed the app 🤣🤣🤣

@Sysengineer God. I am attending a course this week, and the student handbook is in some DRM nightmare of a webreader, and it feels like it logs me out every the time I flip a page. Drives me insane.

@Sysengineer depends on the app. Some apps are so heavily involved in surveillance capitalism that I make sure I sign out every time I log in. They're easy to spot--they're the apps that make it difficult to sign out.

@Sysengineer Bitwarden has made me care a lot less. I do get frustrated when bitwarden can't fill a PW field on a site though
