@angetonge it should never have been able to happen and it absolutely breaks my heart. Unfortunately, sometimes it doesnt matter how hard we try, and things happen. However, I don’t think companies are actually incentivised to try hard enough or suffer many consequences when things go wrong (other than the public shaking their fists). I want to see much stronger laws and protections for the public coming out of the Medibank and Optus breaches.
