We are very prooud that we have submitted our first tree to the Ancient Tree Inventory (ati.woodlandtrust.org.uk/). This oak was hiding in the hedge of a nearby cemetary. Unrecorded until now. 4.9m girth. Classified as veteran. How many decades or centuries has this wonderful tree seen? How many more are hiding away waiting to be recorded? We are citizen science gooses! We will keep looking!
