@scottjshapiro it's funny because they attempted that in the last century with poll taxes. Which are like literally unconstitutional. But when did the GOP ever give a shit about a civil right that wasn't built on exclusion (religious segregation) or harming others (being against Covid suspenders and firearm restrictions)
