There's quite a bit of debate about NHS outcomes, particularly for diseases such as cancers. Such comparisons are not always straightforward, but I'm not sure sufficient allowance is being made for the cumulative effects of restricted NHS resourcing. I've done an animated graph showing lower NHS spending over a number of years compared against hi-income peers. Also showing GDP/capita over same period. Maybe low GDP is the reason UK can't afford a better health service?
