More interesting conversations on Mastodon timeline than twitter right now. Its also about the right environment. Twitter would be better if it junked algorithmic prioritisation, imo.

@nixxin if you use twitter web you can use this extension, deletes the algorithm and in the settings you can choose what to see (you can hide the verified ppl)

@nixxin it tried to show me the algorithmic TL multiple times but everytime i changed it back to recents view... I guess they gave up on me and left my TL on recents for over a year now 🤣

@nixxin I added notification for selected profiles and created a different feed in the notifications tab and that does not even show ads 😉

@nixxin True! I had an account on another instance ages ago, but I don’t think it exists any longer. Glad to be back here though. :)
