The main reason why I decided to make an alt now that I've left Twitter is that I tended not to post enough out of fear of feling judged.
I'm hoping being anonymous allows me to feel free to just say what's on my mind, knowing damn well that it's just going out into the void.
@sh1tp0st3r If I'm being honest, the fear of being judged was the sole reason why my Twitter account was basically empty (besides RTs and likes) for 2 goddamn years. But as soon as I started to post there more regularly, a really wealthy manchild announced to buy it, and later that year made it a complete hellhole.
Mastodon is truly better because people here are completely against bullying (and also there isn't the "ratio" culture here)
