There are some good third party apps listed on Mastodon's own site:

@grzewap @Fragnacja using this toot as an example, do any apps include the option to translate? I’m on Metatext and can’t see any way to do it!

@Mahout @Fragnacja AFAIK translation system is in the phase of testing, maybe available in the next version. At the moment I see no better way than copying toot into some translator, - Google Translator or something like that.
