Bathsheba BlueUser info seems pretty clear that isn’t possible at present.
Something that’s useful is for people to do an # introduction when they arrive w lots of hashtags on topics and interests. Also to remember to use hashtags in posts, and for people to share good accounts to follow (w addresses).
