Is possible that I have an environment that contains only informational findings. The scope is ip range and assessment tool nothing else may be used. The patching is up to date, not sure if I should be impressed or worried that my DB of vuls are out of date !

@Pablo84 there are lots of vulnerabilities that can’t be seen ‘from the outside’. The authenticated scans should give you a more accurate view.
