Android users: Give Mastodon clients other than the official one a try.

Case in point, Fedilab, a free client which supports Mastodon, Pixelfed, and Friendica. Which is like a client that does Birdsite, Instagram, and Facebook.

Fedilab has other useful features :

- Compose threads
- Multi-accounts support
- Schedule messages from the device
- Translation feature

F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository

F-Droid is the app distribution ecosystem for Android where your user freedom comes first. Discover our app store, explore the world of free and open source (FOSS) apps and [learn](https://f-droid.org/about/) about our app distribution tools.

Same client but with my Pixelfed account. More on Pixelfed: https://pixelfed.de/i/web/post/495481679866480955

If you want to support the development of the client, buy the otherwise identical version from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.fedilab.android

Having founded my first Linux User Group in 1994, I find the fact that the world's richest man is driving a lot of people toward free and open source software (FOSS) quite amusing.
