Hey if you've recently jumped into the server because of the trashfire bird, do think about chipping in a few $ to pay for server and namespace costs.

Twitter was free because it was selling your data and manufacturing rage to keep your eyes on the ads. Mastodon won't do that, but if we don't support the site it will go down.

I've thrown in 5€ a month, and if this becomes the space for tabletop folks, I'll throw in more. Think about doing the same if you have some cash to spare!

@zhoekstra @host I looked for this info in the instance's About page but didn't find it. Can it be added so that more folks can easily find the info on supporting the instance financially?

My server administrator wrote that his recurring donations exceed his current expenses, so I haven't donated. But if he posts a call for donors, I'm in.
