@jesswade I'm definitely in favour of women-only initiatives in order to work towards the reduction of M/F unjustifiable inequalities.
This said... it's always somewhat irritated me it's L'Oreal 💅 that's running this rather than, say, Caterpillar 🚧 or Airbus ✈️ .
