@jerry I've attempted to load this site the couple of times you've mentioned it today, and I just get 'took too long to respond'.

Doesn't seem to happen when using my in-country VPN, weirdly.

@jerry The IP 144.76.91.164 is found in the BanIP list "uceprotect2" which I'll specifically disable because of the false positive.

@wally3k yes. I got an alert about that subnet being blacklisted last night. Super happy about that. Is something performing filtering for you based on IP reputation?

@jerry Yeah, I run banip on my OpenWRT router primarily to filter out noisy countries hitting up common ports (due to self-hosting things) and I didn't think to check that first!
