The Chemical Detective@samatlounge @beccacaddy NaNoWriMo was the engine that kickstarted my semi autobiographical novel #PhosphateRocks . I found it liberating. No plan, just flow.
@samatlounge Really well thanks! I had a solid plan and it's an idea I've been toying with for a while. I'm aiming for a very rough very messy draft to get it down on the page THEN I will tinker and refine outside of NaNo. I'm not a perfect words on the page person, ever. But more than anything, I'm having so much fun!! I've wanted to take fiction more seriously for a long time but only written short stories before. I just hope this level of enthusiasm continues!
