@lindsey Also a great one, but there's something about the sheer willpower involved on the part of Montressor. It feels to me like whatever Fortunato did, for Montressor to go so such lengths and not resort to overt violence, it must be justified, making Montressor the hero (or maybe anti-hero), but taking a step back, Fortunato seems mostly harmless, so... Am I cheering for a cold-hearted villain who exacts supreme vengeance over a slight? If so, what kind of person does that make me?
