@brianhalligan I saw ROTS opening night and right after Anakin got to Mustafar, screen went black.

5min later someone form the theater says there’s a problem, hold tight.

Turns out they had one film print interlocked between two theaters & the bulb burnt out in the other theater.

Another 15min go by & movie starts up for us, but everyone next door gets a refund & free ticket & told they have to come back another time to see rest of the movie.

I cannot imagine how upset I would’ve been if I had to go home at 2am without seeing the conclusion of Anakin / Vader’s story arch.

@zijital That was lucky! I had a strange thing happen when I saw Phantom Menace. I swear Maul didn’t split in two on our print. I remember thinking he should have, but that maybe they didn’t do it in order for it to be rated PG. I’ve never seen anyone mention it since though, so now I wonder if I just imagined it. Remembering the disappointment though makes me think maybe he really was intact at least in a couple prints.
