It's a shame I have a lot of friends who'd probably love this place, but are just completely soured from social media in general because of how toxic birdsite is.

@Vern honestly I feel fortunate to have moved back in 2017 when I did. Even then it was bad but it took me a long while to even get that taste out of my mouth

@Yarideki Yeah, about the same time I made my (main) account. And now it's gotten to the point that I can hardly stand staying on birdsite for too long because the contrast in mood is so jarring in comparison.
