@trini Awww yeaahhh! Would you say you prefer a smaller than 'average' pumpkin is easier to work with? I too struggle with the perfect oil ratio in many cooking techniques. Good that you didn't burn it.
I like using frozen butter to make dough. @gendopose makes a very desirable pie crust from scratch. I make biscuits and haven't figured out pie dough just yet.
