Hi. I’m Duane and this is my #TwitterMigration #Introduction post.
I’m in the UK and have just moved to Mastodon today. I hope to start making YouTube videos about #DungeonsAndDragons in the near future (I know, ANOTHER one!). I have ZERO idea how to use Mastodon, though! Any tips are greatly received (e.g. how to find specific people I want to follow).

@Sixstringdas Welcome to the #fediverse! You will find there are several different tabs on the right side of the screen. A quick tour is that Local is your server. Federated is aggregated from all interconnected servers. Explore is your search function. There are no algorithims and all content appears chronologically. If you wish to interact with someone at a specific address you can either click on their profile or enter their full address in the search bar. Mine for example is @strange_aeons
