My thermostat has only really basic features unless you use the app, which requires a click-through arbitration agreement.

@RL_Dane You cloud take add look at homematic, they are rather good and don’t require an app or internet connection.

As for my part, pi picos used to be around 5€. Cheapest offer so far 23….
