@witchfynder_finder yep, Wikipedia's entry on calories supports that. it would be kcal in this specific nutritional guide as it's related to nutrition, in addition to being explicitly written.
so that would mean that 190 kcal = 794,96 kilojoules, which is way more than the 55 Wh (= 198 kJ) in my laptop.
