I found this picrew and like it a lot:

However, I don't know which background color would make it easier to see as a profile pic.

Probably the white one? I think the blue one is perhaps a bit too flashy and doesn't fit well, but it's also my fav color with black...

Do you like it (is it realistic enough?) and if you do, which one would be better in your opinion?

I like the darker green background best, folloelwed by grey.
The bright green is a bit much for me, and I tend to use dark mode so any large area of white is like a flashbang going off in my face.
