damn it just hit me

how scary it'll be

if they just start yelling in the courtroom

i mean it'd be good, it'd strengthen my case and make them look really really bad

but like, it'd still be hard to handle lol

i'm not putting ANYTHING past them at this point

anything at all

they've shown there's no low they won't sink to to get what they want

it's gonna suck

having to relive all the trauma

to tell the judge about it

that's what i'm really afraid of

is just

those moments where i'm explaining what happened

because usually i try to ignore it and not think about it

i have to stay level-headed and not start panicking or crying or something

i bet they're gonna try starting shit with us directly outside the courthouse too after it's all done lol

they did that when they had to go to court with their landlord, and when they told me about it they made it clear they were the aggressors

we won't be talking to each other

i have to ignore them and pretend there's a wall between us, even if they try egging me on

also, remember how they drove my car up here like a year ago? the car that's afaik still in my name, that i still have a key to?

i saw them with it the day DD served them the papers

so like, they're probably gonna drive it to the courthouse

idk if i should mention it or not

i don't wanna get in trouble for just abandoning it at their place in california

but like, i had to get out by any means necessary and it was blocked in behind their car

also idk if it's still in my name or if they could've had ownership transferred since it was abandoned

like idk i don't wanna get in trouble for leaving it there but i feel like i might get in more trouble if i DON'T bring it up lol

like idk if the judge will get mad at me for just leaving my car there

my line of reasoning was

they bought it for me

they have a key

they can sell it themselves, i don't care about it anymore

like i think in cali if a car is abandoned on your property you can have ownership transferred to you

but i forget where i heard that and idk for sure

also i think my mom's boyfriend co-signed on it so that'd also allow them to sell it? idk i don't even remember lol
