Seeing my physiotherapist twice a week for 45mins approximately is really exhausting.

Still no progress after a few months, ugh.

We began to work on my balance on Monday and the exercise is killing my leg. Hopefully it will help me recover a bit if I give it some time.

We're gonna try a new exercise today, I hope I'll be able to get back home without suffering too much.

Surprisingly, the new exercise to work on my balance was a bit easier than the first one on Monday, which is apparently unusual.

My physiotherapist said that the first one was the easiest, but he said he's proud of me for trying that hard and succeeding in the second one, even if I still have to hold myself and my legs are shaking a lot while doing it.
