so we've actually got watermelons and rockmelons. this implies the existence of firemelons and airmelons. I need a scientist or someone to get on this

its simple, we'll just make a spicy melon and that can be the firemelon. all we really need to do is put some pepper genes in a melon so it makes the right proteins, this is practically child's play. the airmelon though, that is going to be difficult. it's going to have to be kind of like baobab fruit, a dry and airy fruit that that melts in your mouth. fusing the qualities of a baobab fruit with a melon would be quite difficult, though we could just declare baobab fruit to be airmelons.

look if someone could make a spherical baobab fruit then they would straight up just be airmelons
