Ordered the hopefully last round of prototypes of ZMK Uno https://github.com/petejohanson/zmk-uno/

Changes:

* 3 state toggle switch added
* Power domain indicator LEDs
* TRRS jack moved out of the way of the display
* Optocoupler relocated to avoid physical interference with a header on the Nordic DK.
* Better silk, including QR code/URL.
* Solder jumper option to route SPI to the display, to support sharp memory display modules as well.
* I2C pull up option is now a solder jumper to make more room
