patch cable. I could crimp my own but I don't have gud cable. only heads.
Well I do have a bunch of cat 5e cable intended for outside use so it's thicker so.. yeah

@vib I have heard that hand-crimping cables degrades the potential performance. I cannot verify the claim, but its what I have heard.
