Almost 24 hours later. A good #pizza is a product of love, science and time.
@gunnar What ingredients did you use for the dressing? This looks tasty.
@tartarosso For topping I used diced red pepper, red onion, some mushrooms and fried zucchini. Before serving I added crumbled feta cheese, pomegranate seeds and cilantro.
@gunnar Okay, just for kidding: I think that combination of ingredients violates some of the basic unwritten rules of coexistence in my country. If I declared around that that pizza looks good, I would be stripped of my citizenship. Zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, onion are usual ingredients. At least for the classic vegetarian...
@tartarosso yeah, I know... the fresh topping was not my idea, but to my surprise it worked very well. This was just one of a total of four pizzas I made today. The last three were a lot more traditional.
@gunnar In an eventual trial you would only have extenuating circumstances if you had used real mozzarella as a base.
As far as I'm concerned, I'm a guy who's okay with pineapple pizza! Clearly this is not something I openly tell my friends, colleagues and relatives. At the risk of my physical safety 😁 . They already tolerate that I only drink beer and not wine, I don't want to risk it anymore.
@tartarosso I'm open to any combination of toppings if it taste good :) I kind of like pineapple myself, as long as it is in combination with a spicy sausage or something similar. My favourite is chicken, red chili, peanuts and fresh arugula. I'm weird.
@gunnar The feta would seem strange to most but would probably be tolerated by the most innovative.
Pomegranate and cilantro, on the other hand, would cause serious riots!
