@sandra it doesn't happen for everyone by the sounds of things? it seems to depend on how your endocrine system behaves, and also possibly what you're taking (i'm on progesterone as well as estradiol)

but yeah it's definitely a thing that can happen ​

i would describe it both as weirdly validating, and as ow ow ow ow ow

@sandra i haven't and it's not required

to be clear, you don't get the bleeding part, because there's no uterine lining to shed? and i think that's the case regardless of surgical status? which makes it a little harder to know for sure whether you're menstruating or not

you get all the other symptoms of menstruation though, most notably including very ouchy cramps
