May is brain tumor awareness month. 🧠

While I don't mind you remembering I have it, what I really want is for you to know the signs and symptoms.

Take a second to look them up. It's important.

(It's also complicated because different areas of the brain control different functions, and so symptoms vary.)

Many of us with it traveled a long road to diagnosis. We wonder how things might be better if we knew earlier, or hadn't been forced to fight our doctors for MRIs, etc.

I can't speak for everyone with a brain tumor, but one way I make sense of my struggle is by talking about it a lot -- so other people know and benefit from that knowledge.

I don't have a nifty infographic to make this thread appealing, but if you share it, it might help someone.
