@pezmico I have a cross-poster turned on, and usually forget to put my #TootOnly tag on things, and it’s fascinating to see which kind of posts get engagement here vs there. Generally, engagement on Twitter is lower, but salty stuff does better there. It’s like the audience is primed for outrage.

@esdin I think you're right. My best posts over there are when I am sarcastic and nihilistic. The platform encourages dunking on people.
Here it seems to be it's the more earnest and wholesome toots that get better reactions.
