@Gargron Happy #caturday! (Still hours away for me!)
@tehjessica @Gargron Beautiful tortie! ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿงก (Love the keyboard, too!)
@MLISrevenge @Gargron thank you!! ๐Ÿ˜Š
@tehjessica @Gargron Is that a TNR tipped ear I see? ๐Ÿ˜
@MLISrevenge Yes! My brother found her as a tiny kitten in his yard. I had noticed that she had the tipped ear and actually called the local Feral Cat Coalition for advice on how to socialize her and bring her in. While she's still skittish around those who aren't me or my husband, she loves being an indoor cat and loves my other two cats as well. A very positive experience!
@MLISrevenge she never left my brother's yard, so I started feeding her and that's when she became my cat lol. But it was definitely a journey. She was very scared at first.

@tehjessica Ooooh, such a sweet baby! I support a person on Patreon (and follow her on Insta) who supports her own colony (TNRed) and works with others to help TNR other colonies in their city. They sometimes successfully home those kitties, too.

Your story is inspiring and amazing! I'm so glad you found each other!

@MLISrevenge thank you! Me too. There are sadly a lot of stray and feral cats in my city so I'm glad these programs exist. My two other cats are from shelters and one of the 2 was also a formally feral kitten.
@tehjessica Adoption is so dang rewarding! Our girl has changed so much since we adopted her, and we love seeing her come out of her shell. We purposefully looked for a senior cat, and we couldn't be happier we found her (troubles and all)! โ™ฅ
@MLISrevenge it really is. And that's amazing. There's so many senior cats who need a loving home to live out the rest of their lives.
