Aral Balkan@flancian Haha, I told him once at the speaker dinner of a conference we were both at that PHP was a lifesaver for me back in 1993 or so as it meant I didn’t have to write my CGI scripts in C anymore (or use Coldfusion) but that I didn’t really enjoy using it today as there are much more expressive and consistent options and he replied along the lines of “I never write PHP, I code in C.”
Which made sense :P
(PHP is written in C.)
