I should have take black instead of green, but I wanted the string to be in the same material for this test.
It's only the beginning that is complicated, after that I follow the flow and the pattern reveal itself.

this bracelet for my grand mother is with the most difficult patthern I try for now. I didn't learn the pattern, I deduce the next step each knot.
And I forgot to double the strings, so it's very thin.
It will takes age to finish.

and i'm thinking it's like the pullover curse you know ?
It will take a good chunk of my time and my focus to do something for someone else.
But here it's my grand mother. She would be delinghted, and that will be a thoughtfull gift for her, and I don't think I could do something else like that in the future, before I don't have a grandmother anymore.
So the intent in this bracelet is "be well, I love you"

so I began a new one with lesbian flag colors (for my best friend)
I wasn't sure I had the colors, but I made with what I had
I actually bleached one, the color was too near the other one
and I began some row to see
but I had to undo all of it because I absolutly need to double the strings
and the last colors needed another column/string
so I will begin again tomorrow
(the one for my grand mother need another quarter, but it's almost done) (pictures when finished, this one is really cool)

Damn, this one took forever to finish. The pattern was complicated and I couldn't learn it. Until the end I did wrong knots.
It's not visible but I added more string lenght at some point. I'm pleased that we can't see it.
This one is for no one in particular, it was good to focus myself on a manual activity.

I'm happy because I found a new way to do the buckle at the beggining. Here my test.
It was my shitty strings, so I stopped before having a lenght for a bracelet became the strings are rough and was hurting my fingers.

I'm doing test for the closure.
First one is a diamond button, and it's a pain to do. Will not use.
The other one are a sewing technic I learned just for doing that. I'm have to guess wich size will be the correct one. These buccles will be turned in buttons.

still testing opening and closing. It's better this time, I'm understanding how the button should be. I will wear this one a little to be sure it doesn't open by itself, but I have idea to make the neck thinner, so it would stay closed.

I love this one. I did it for someone special. I like the perls I incorpored. The pattern is great, and the colors are too.
It's a little too short, I think I will make another for TBA.
