Cobra!I'm not into that kind of thing, but that seems like the equivalent of Netflix banning feature films or Spotify banning Music. It sounds like the stupidest business decision ever, and I can't see OnlyFans surviving this.
@cobradile I do see them surviving this though as they have enough mainstream creators on the platform. But it will definitely set them back to some degree.
ArtSex work is work. This is the risk that is associated with centralized platforms unfortunately. A sex worker owned collective would be amazing.

Blort@[email protected] @[email protected] ^^^ This. I just wish that it was something decentralized, preferably as part of the Fediverse. If Peertube would add a plugin that let you limit certain videos/livestreams to only paid subscribers, that would be a huge step towards this kind of future. I'm just not sure how that would work, given that all Peertube videos are publicaly available through bittorrent.
