This is amazing. The Delhi High Court appears to have laid down a marker of what a constitutional court is supposed to do.

This will be the true test to see whether the Supreme Court really has turned a corner too.

An absolutely vital point made here in #DevanganaKalita 's bail order by the Delhi High Court on how even if protests are large, even if they become disorderly, they do not become goddamn terrorist offences, something which this government really needs to understand.

I'm glad to say that the points raised by the Delhi High Court in these orders, on how even if protests become chakka jaams, it does not amount to terrorist offences under #UAPA , were noted in this article back in September 2020 based on the chargesheet:
