Today, I am looking into VAT MOSS for our free/open small web hosting platform (Basil; WIP: https://github.com/small-tech/basil) and slowly losing the will to live.

I guess you don’t have to be a sadist to write tax policy but I can only imagine it makes it more fun if you are.
