Hey, students, mathematicians and numbers fanatics! I've got a new #Windows application for your #geometry calculations:

➑️ Vector Planez ⬅️

It helps you transform #plane equations, determine intersection points, calculate cutting angles and much more! I've released a first beta version of it which you can download here: πŸ’Ύ https://codeberg.org/pixelcode/vector-planez/releases

Feel free to test it and report any bugs, errors, improvement ideas, feature requests etc!

vector-planez

An application for calculating with planes from mathematics.

Compared to regular math programs and Computer Algebra Systems, the Vector Planez application tells you exactly how to interpret specific values used in your calculations with planes, straights and vectors.

Also, it informs you about logical errors when other programs wouldn't. For example, you get a warning if you try to calculate the cutting angle of parallel planes (which, obviously, doesn't really exist).

Moreover, it's possible to save a calculation to a file for later use.

Currently, Vector Planez is available in English πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ and German πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ. If you want to help translating it into other languages, feel free to:

1. Fork the repository.
2. Go to the "languages" folder and create a new "vectorplanez.po" file with your i18n abbreviation in the name, e.g.: vectorplanez.fr.po πŸ‡«πŸ‡·
3. Open it with Poedit. (https://poedit.net)
4. Translate like this: https://invidious.snopyta.org/watch?v=Z6aAnlyKoxk
5. Upload everything to Git and make a Pull request.
