The Beast Must Dogwhen i respond to an email they email me back and then I have to email them back and then they copy me into a conversation on another email chain so at the end of the day we have not determined anything other than mutual proficiency at typing out emails
A. Dent@douglasfur go into offline mode: sync mails 1-5 times a day, that's it. It avoids mails becoming chats 🙂 and as the reply is consistent, the sender starts to phrase the questions with more thought try morning/lunchtime sync to start 😎
