But in terms of food there's in most regions so much of it wasted that you can ask in shops without feeling like bagging. You just ask what they are doing with the left over. Through this you limit #foodwaste and even gian free food
Also dumpster diving is something to consider. There are some container where it's not much a different then buying it in the shop. also there you help limiting foodwaste
