It is a bit flaky, but when you must, you can generally share a yt video by using one of these instances: https://redirect.invidious.io/
That will give you a link to share without obliging others to hit yt. In this case: https://invidious.fdn.fr/watch?v=lomGY0l_PCY&t=339s

You could also (personally) use a browser extension such as http://einaregilsson.com/redirector/ to redirect yt links to invidious. (no endorsement implied or not of that extension.)

A further possibility is to re-upload the video to a peertube instance.

Just need to add that I am in two minds about deleting that last toot. I find I have inadvertently linked to a "youtuber" that I simply do not have time or patience to criticise. But having watched some 20 mins trying to get an idea of his agenda, I don't recommend clicking those links.
