BucareliI see lots of peeps starting to get involved with the #gemini protocol. I'm loving everything I've seen. And looking forward I'd like to ask: what does the future look like, and who will be making those decisions? Are there plans for democratizing the protocol?

I think the future of Gemini will look a lot like it does now, but hopefully with more content :-)
There's some talk of getting it accepted by one of the well known standards organisations, but the protocol specification is basically finished/frozen apart from a few clarifications so there aren't a lot of decisions to make.
