So, what are the current options for VR Headset?

I mean...Oculus owned by Facebook (and the relevant sketchy practices), so they're out. Deleted my facebook anyway.

I don't trust Valve to not attempt something similar, so I'm skeptical about the Valve Index.

Recommendations for another brand?
